It's colder than a witch's titty

 A winter storm is coming!

Having a headache all day tells me that a winter storm is coming! Evey slept in until 5:45 and I dressed her in a cute little fur vest. She thought she looked cute! She ate 5 bites of her waffle and was done and wanted down to play. She played until the nurse got there at 645am.

I got the little kids bundled up  for a chilly morning and we headed to school. Evey did NOT want to go to school. She looked at her teacher, threw her body back and cried. I quickly left so that she could settle down. Thankfully, her PT and a new PT were there to help calm her down with songs.

I leave school at 12:40pm to pick her up from her school. ( My administration is amazing to let me leave to go get her!). When I got to her school, she was happily playing on the floor with one of her buddies. I think she was surprised to see me there. On the way home, the nurse filled me in on how she did and she said she ate well and worked really hard in physical therapy. Some of her classmates are moving up to the next room because they can walk and she will be getting new friends in the classroom. I think by the end of the year she might be the only girl in her class!

When I got home from school, Laney and I took a quick walk in the neighborhood and found two Jack Reacher books in the little free library. We were excited that we would have some reading material this weekend!

Jonah and Ty played with Evey in the living room. When I got back I saw that Jonah had picked her up and sat her in the chair with pillows all around her. He was showing her all of his Star Wars lego sets. She was loving looking  at them. Ty wanted to sit with her and let her watch a show with him. She would get right on top of the screen covering it so that he couldn't watch it. He wasn't amused but she sure was!

Joshua took a quick trip to the grocery store to get the Snow essentials! We are prepared for Winter Storm '25! When he came back she was getting tired and cranky so to not upset her, I spun her around a few times and that readjusted her attitude. We kissed everyone good night and she fell asleep within 5 minutes of me rocking her.

We are excited to see what the next 72 hours brings us. Tomorrow is going to be colder than a witch's titty so we will be bundling up and praying for snow!

Be like a bee- hardworking, wise and delicate!
